Cancellation / Refund Policy


Shipping within India 

We offer Free Shipping within India for all products .

Time Taken to Dispatch and Ship your Order

All our products are custom made-to-order, so production times vary for each product. Please check each individual product page for an estimated processing time for that particular product. 
If you have ordered many products with different processing times, please consider the delivery time of the product with the longest lead time. As your entire order will be shipped together once all products are ready.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details via email so you know when to expect it.


We ship all over India.
Once the order is placed, we take a minimum time of 3 days and a maximum of 10 working days to deliver your product.

Shipping Policy :

Minimum Timeline : 3 days

Maximum Timeline : 10 days

Maximum Timeline (in case of personalised products) : 10 to 15 days additionally.


Service Delivery :

Minimum : 7 Days

Maximum : 20 Days


Refund Policy

We generally do not offer you a refunds or exchanges on any purchases unless the piece was received by you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect. In which case you should have proof of photographs and item should be unused in original packaging.

Refunds are not available for personalized products.


We do not accept returns or make exchanges unless the following:

  • If a product is damaged from our end: Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there is any issue with the unused item, kindly email us on workwithus@acorn-india.com with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving. We will either replace such product or provide website credit for the same. 
  • No exchanges or refunds on personalised products.
